Widad holds a degree in Biochemistry from Universiti Putra Malaysia and is a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong passion for people development and operational excellence. With a proven track record, Widad has successfully supported a range of place & train programmes under the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE) and the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development (KKDW) through FELCRA. Her role in these initiatives reflects her deep commitment to national development goals, particularly in empowering youth and rural communities through employment and skills-based training.
In addition to her work with government-linked initiatives, Widad has also played a key role in the execution of the MySTEP and K-Youth Development Programmes in collaboration with Khazanah Nasional Berhad.
